Michael Keaton was an American actor, producer, and director who is most well-known as the main character of Birdman. Being a multi-faceted actor, he has the ability to play both dramatic and comedic parts. His professional career has seen him has appeared in a variety of romantic roles and also played in action films. When he was still in his teens He began developing an interest in acting and performance. In the later years, when he was an aspiring youngster, he tried stand-up humor. Even though his stand-up act wasn't a success, it did pave the road for his acting. Unable to find success as a comic, he took up a job as cameraman on television at a cable station. It was while working there when he came to the realization that the way he wanted to work was in front of the camera. Then he was able to get a television role and appeared in numerous shows in Mister Rogers Neighborhood. He was a natural actor who soon gained a lot of attention on the television. When he began his film career He had a lot of ambitions and was well-known for his comic-book role. His fame was further elevated after he was praised in the role of Batman in Tim Burton's Batman. With time he matured as an actor, and started to pursue direction and production. The year 2014 saw his appearance as Birdman garnered him many awards and nods.
